Information we collect

For a personalised digital astrology report, we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, birth date, birth time, birthplace, current circumstances and up to three questions. We also process order, payment status, report access and support information needed to provide the service.

How we use and share information

We use this information to verify access, prepare and deliver your report, answer support requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Hosting providers, Google Gemini for AI-assisted report preparation, WhatsApp messaging providers and Cashfree for payment processing may handle information needed for their respective tasks. Report preparation uses the birth details, circumstances and questions you supply. If you provide an email address, we also use it for report delivery.

Cashfree processes payment credentials through its secure payment interface. We do not ask you to send full card details, banking passwords or WhatsApp OTPs to our support team.

Access, retention and your choices

Your report is delivered through a private access link. Keep that link and any OTP confidential. We retain service information as needed to deliver reports, resolve disputes and comply with applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email info@yogiadhiraaj.org. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for a legitimate unresolved transaction.
